Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build good will and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?" That test has served her well over the years and helped Shelly achieve the win-win situation that she enjoys in all of her transactions. Personally involved with all of her clients, Shelly explains that "The buck stops with me". She doesn't like loose ends and will always work to resolve problems to the satisfaction of all involved. |
